You're one of the very few that have figured out who "they" are. For years, they have slowly been infiltrating not only the government, but both main political parties creating the New Left and New Right. One group are Trotskyites, who claimed to be anti-Stalinists that were against "nationalistic Soviet socialism." The D Party had both types within it, including the Stalin supporters, but some of the Trotskyites broke away, and infiltrated the Rs, creating the Neocons, who push "international socialism" hidden as globalization.
