When they say "blood on his hands," they really mean that they blame him for causing them to shed the blood of innocents over their radical views, and them disagreeing with other's free speech and alternative viewpoints. We've already witnessed their violence and bloodshed since 2016. Really, they're making a threat to the public, and blaming Musk for exposing them.
