  1. Why is the year 2021 important, and what occurred in Brazil in 1992? Why did this never pass the smell test in the US Senate? Why did several US state and local governments consider or pass motions and legislation opposing "their" plan? Why did "they" target cities, and not the states nor the federal government? "Alabama was one state that did adopt an anti-Agenda 21 resolution, unanimously passing in 2012 a measure to block any future effort to 'deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to 'Agenda 21.'"
