  2. It sounds to me like Twitter is being run by a bunch of lay-about ne'er-do-wells, with mental health issues, from the bottom to the top. This is what happens when children are coddled from the moment of birth, which leads to the grownup that they become having no sense of responsibility, and mental health issues galore. It also leads to the creation of weak minds in the populous, with no critical thinking skills, and an unfortunate inclination toward being easily brainwashed, manipulated, and controlled.
