  2. It almost sounds as if certain politicians wish conflict to happen, which allows drugs to flow. Drugs, and other criminal enterprises, make a lot of money for certain people. The drugs help to create chaos and a problem for the government to fix. Drugs also help to oppress certain people so the left can state they're oppressed. It is the classic from below and from above tactic.
