  4. The rebellion is already happening in the US, and it's being led by several states. His people are being taken to court, and they're losing. If you want to know what the "Reset" is, then look for Capitalism Reform articles at the Ivy League unis in the US. It's a redistribution of wealth scheme, and what one article called "sharing more of the pie." GS even has a book out titled Capitalism Reform.
