You know that socialists can't have you thinking freely and using reason. At one time, in the southern US, a teen had to read an entire bookshelf of Greek literature before they were accepted into any college. It sure isn't that way today.

She sees the truth about society, especially in the Third World, where envy, jealousy, and greed rule supreme. That's why promises of free stuff works. The US practically washed their hands of these nations because of nationalization of industry. Every time a US corporation would start a plant in these nations, employing many, the socialists that gained power would nationalize (steal) them from the corporations, and then try to micromanage the operations. Those at the top of their governments split up the profits, and they left the poor, poor. That's how the Soviet Union was run as well.
