  1. The key is the word, "nationalization," which is nothing but thievery from the public by a tyrannical government. The profits go to those at the top of the government, and a handful of friends. In reality, this is how the nobility and monarchs enriched themselves, while the serfs remained poor. The words, socialism and communism, are nothing but new words to replace the old words, serfdom and feudalism. The European monarchs were at the head of slavery from the 16th to 19th centuries. The plantations were doled out to their relatives, and the political or military friends of the monarchy. The old plantation ideology came directly from serfdom, but was a harsher form in several ways. This is why the Democrats ended up siding with the Federalist ideology, which pushed for a huge controlling government.
