  2. She doesn't believe in the validity of the Constitution, especially the strict interpretation of it. The same sort of people behind our ills today, were behind placing John Marshall in the SC as the Chief Justice. Our nation, and its constitution, has been doomed since that time, where the wording within legal instruments are given different meanings by activist judges, and law is created from the bench.
