I think the availability of the internet, to everyone, is the cause of much of the perversion we now see. Some of that perversion is from brainwashing viewers, whereas, one example, is certain videos from Russia, which show the mistreatment of women in every "blue movie type" video. Others from there are even worse, which are originating from Russia and the old Soviet bloc states. Viewers see these videos and think that what they see is normal behavior. The states making these videos, I believe, are trying to normalize these acts by brainwashing the viewers in the West.
