  2. Look at the autonomous farmers in the rural country of the old Soviet Union that did not flock to the cities for their great experiment. What did Stalin do to them? He created a famine to get rid of them, and gave the grain to the ones that flocked to the factories and traded the rest. The factory workers were nothing but mindless drones under the control of the Kremlin.

  3. The same thing occurred in revolutionary France under Robespierre. You either fell in with the new regime or got the guillotine.

  4. I didn't do the drugs but did whisky along with the rest of it, and I found the same thing in my late thirties. It was hard to find a decent wife at that age after I decided to "settle down."
