History, you'll learn, which is written about and spoken of by the media, is cherry-picked for details. The unscrupulous only pick points in history that they wish the viewer or reader to hear or read; it's one-sided most of the time. In fact, it's propaganda. Very few historians give an accurate view of both sides when writing about it, and that is due to political bias. Facts and truth generally lies somewhere in between both sides, and sometimes, not there at all, but somewhere else.
