  1. The problem with the Bushes, in mention, were their Whiggish and progressive desire to spread Federalism around the globe at the end of a gun barrel. If it's still available, GHW Bush was caught on video down in Rio for one of the Earth Summits, where he bragged about how the US was leading the charge for what they were doing. Oddly, though, GW Bush didn't believe in their green agenda, and tried to keep the US out of it.
