When Putin wanted to stop capital flight from the Russian mob, Boris fled with Alexander Goldfarb (also involved), and Litvinenko to Britain. Remember Putin's roundtable meeting with the oligarchs? Why Britain? What is at the City of London and Canary Wharf? What are secrecy jurisdictions and shell companies? Was not Boris behind the Orange Revolution in Ukraine too?
