This is a lot older than you think, stretching back to Nixon's days in office when the G5, that quickly became the G7, was formed at his White House, and most of the western nations signed up for it at Stockholm during the first Earth Summit. That was where all of this claptrap was discussed, and it was ironed out and implemented over the next fifty years, where they met about every ten years to go over the details. Reagan created a scandal, though, when he didn't go along with it, and then, we had Trump, who didn't, either. What we are seeing are distractions to make us take our eyes off what they are slowly implementing before 2030.
