  3. Wouldn't this ammo be mega expensive comapred to the existing ammo which is standardized and has a bunch of factories ready with the tooling and machines? If this plastic ammo doesn't take off accross nato countries, it will likely only be feasiable to use for special forces.

  9. 2% GDP on defense spending has never ever been a requirement by NATO. it's just a guideline. There are zero rules about it and no enforcement of it. No consequences for not reaching it (Donald trump will complain about Europe whether they had high or low defense spending anyway) So please stop saying "requirement" its a flat out lie.
