If anyone wants to learn more about motivation I recommend your ead about the self dertimination theory. Basically there is 3 basic needs to make motivation intrinsic - feeling of competence. This is what Dr K is mostly talking about the video. You need to feel you can overcome a task and that you see yourself improve/succeed. - feeling of self determination. You need to feel like you have a choice and freedom. It's why many jobs are demotivating if they micro manage you and don't give you agency in your work - feeling of belonging. Every human has social needs, and we need to feel like w rare valued as a person and that we have a community that support us.

It's not that weed is a problem, but that it can be a problem. Any drug can be good or bad, all depending on the context. Some drugs that easy to overdose on are essential in some treatments. Likewise if you smoke weed once a week and control the use, it's good, but if you're habitually addicted and have to smoke multiple joints every day, it's a problem.

Well you have to actively date and search to get in a relationship. That's the fastest way atleast. You can date through friendships but it goes a bit slower.

Whats also so toxic and sad is that most men's lob/rights movements dont challenge the toxic gender norms. Instead they push for them harder, fetishize Chad's, over complicate things etc. The extreme end is incels of course, but there are a lot of the same tendencies before that extreme. Embrace who you and don't get harsh on yourself for not fitting into generic boxes. Femininity has a lot of amazing things for men. Women don't mind doing traditionally masculine thing since second wave feminism, so allow yourself as a man to make your gender broader than ancient stereotypes.

I agree with your main statement but I think it would be helpful that you mention its quantative science and statistical science that looks at the average. Beca we there are aspects of scientific fields that analyse more qualitativly on smaller groups or individuals. For example long life studies on a few individuals, where we can see in detail what made them happy.
