  5. Silicon is not endlessly abundant. Only fine sand can be used for refinement and ocean floors are already being destroyed. You're dishonest in your video for showing footage of a desert sand when talking about silicon because its utterly useless for making silicon. Coral reefs and the environment is being destroyed daily by ocean extraction of sand for silicon. Likewise the demand for silicon is so insanely high that we can't produce enough, newsflash, every microchip uses silicon. And chips are in short supply in part due to the lack of silicon. Silicon batteries is going to be useless and unsustainable for a long time, and doesn't fix any problems. Lithium, cobalt and nickel extractions are still needed. Child and slave labour still being used. Your video is super depressing and it's super disgusting that you mention these problems, yet try to fake a positive spin on it at the end when the problems are only going to get worse and worse.

  11. You can create "macros" on goole assistant but it just seems useless. Like GPS to work or playing a playlist. Even if I plan it it's jsut faster to use my thumbs and press the buttons myself

It's similar to a boss deciding your pay while you need money to survive, and a landlord deciding your rent when you have no where else to move.   16. My hate for them just never ends Every 2 years I try to use an assistant again only to get frustrated in 10 minutes and turning it off on my phone. Having to speak slowly and clearly only for the low IQ device to misunderstand you and do something you don't want is insanely frustrating. If I say "play *precise name of Spotify playlist*" I want you to play my own playlist with that exact name but it always fails. Using my thumbs to press buttons and select stuff will always be faster. The only time where speech is useful would be if I'm cooking or have my hands full, but the 99% failure rate makes it faster to just put things down for 1 second to press some buttons. The fact that assistants are used mostly just to set timers is utter pathetic.

It is inherently bad because they are wasting near infinite amount of resources, time, money and talent making garbage that no one wants to use, instead of actually improving society or solving actual problems. All this voice stuff needs to drop the bullshit and focus on helping hard of seeing and blind people, people with motor issues in their hands/fingers etc. That group of the population is what benefits most for it yet 100% of the marketing focuses on able-bodied people that can do everything faster using their eyes and fingers. The priorities of the tech companies are inherently imoral.
