Any environmental gains in Canada are wiped out by eruptions like these. I hope more people see that paying the government money to change the atmosphere of earth is useless & counterproductive. As well as making everything we purchase more expensive. Merry Christmas.

@sonacphotos Glad you mentioned history past 100-150 years ago. So the many previous hot & ice ages, including the last warming period (10,000-12,000 years ago) which allowed the human species to flourish happened. All without human involvement. Most people defending carbon taxes don’t even acknowledge history. You did. +1 for you. Merry Christmas.

@Pickle-k6q I know that every decade doom & gloom is predicted, (and I’m old so I’ve seen it happen) has been nonsense. And I also know scaring everyone & agreeing with this nonsense is job security for scientists. Would you agree with whomever is funding your research & job? Yes, you would. Or you won’t have any research or any job.
