Anyone who thinks a tax in one country will change the atmosphere of an entire planet is ridiculous.

@lizliz4186 Ask British Columbia. 15 years of carbon taxes. Which became government revenue. Emissions increased.

@Hyperpandas We can’t get very good federal numbers, but BC has some. $2 Billion collected from carbon tax in 2021. $174 rebate once a year per adult. 4 million adults. = $700 million paid out. $2 Billion collected. ‘Mostly’ kept by the government. 👌🏻

@Hyperpandas Lol. Where did you go? Facts & data are liberal kryptonite. I know. Lol.
6
@Hyperpandas Lol. Yeah sure. Federal debt 2015 = $612 Billion. Federal debt 2022 = $1.18 Trillion. Yes…misinformation. I bet.

@Hyperpandas The Canadian federal government in documents state the carbon tax rebates were lower than what was estimated & what the public was told. Which dropped the rebate amount below the increased costs amount. Meaning…the government is making money. But you get back more than you pay right? Lol. Ok then. All the best.

@KO-dz2zj It doesn’t help. But liberals doubled our federal debt & need increased income via taxation.

@Hyperpandas It mostly becomes government revenue. Just like in BC. If you think the few hundred bucks they give you compares to everything you purchase all year long being more expensive then what can I say. Generations of your family are already in debt before they are even born. And it’s getting worse.

@Hyperpandas It’s a shame you argue online while not knowing what’s going on. The BC carbon tax issue was reported many times. You can find info about it in 3 seconds on the internet. Which you are currently on. The internet. Go waste someone else’s time.

@HisbelovedW Yes these people do. It’s for lazy liberals. To pay a tax, very little to no effort, and ‘feel’ like they did something. While not actually doing anything. It’s wokeism at its finest.
