During the Mesozoic period (66 to 250 million years ago) temperatures were on average 6-10 degrees warmer than today. With Co2 levels roughly 15 times higher. But sure…

@darnelljackson2160 Ridiculous. Looking at 100 years of data throughout billions of years & basing all our decisions upon that 100 years while omitting the billions of years is straight up ridiculous. And dishonest.

@thevindictive6145 During the Hadean period (when the earth was initially formed 4.5 billion years ago) scientists estimate the average temperature was 80 degrees Celsius. I would say that was the hottest September. Thankfully it cooled down or we humans wouldn’t exist.

@AstroBear11 It’s not me who collected soil & ice samples. Go argue with the scientific community who has gathered the data for decades. Go argue with NASA. Whatever.

@AstroBear11 Asking a question you & I already know the answer to simply to argue is silly. As if you don’t know how data is collected from over 100 years ago. Silly.

@nuxkamina Actually it does have an impact. By not being honest (or even admitting previous hot or ice ages) politicians have fooled lazy people into believing simply paying more money for everything will change the atmosphere of the planet. It’s the least amount of effort for most people so they can feel like they ‘did something’ while not doing actually anything. As the weather gets worse regardless of how many taxes you pay. Real solutions would be nice instead of what we currently have.
