  1. The issue needs to be resolved. MHJ has damaged the company she should be accountable for what she has done, however she’s contributing to NJ’s success, she also indirectly attacks some other artists. I think both MHJ and the company should talk about NJ’s future first. I think MHJ should remain CEO of ADOR nevertheless she should have less power she can be the artistic director of NJ however she should also admit her faults. They need to discuss about it. At first l compared NJ’s situation as Fifty fifty’s but it is not the same. They have a solid fanbase they are well established kpop group. To finish NJ’s parents should not interfere anymore and more importantly MHJ has to publicly apologise to the artists and promise to not to do that again
