  1. They should put the dog down I mean it is not it’s first killing and the owner should have a trial. The owner knows that its dog is violent he should have put it a muzzle and have a leash. This dog is dangerous for the other animals and humans .2 people had to intervene to separate the Rottweiler from the little dog and it was still to late. In France there is no question or plea a violent dog is put down.
