  1. Same problem with Amazon. I bought a camera stabilizer there that was supposed to be new and it had a "refurbished" sticker on the box, and it never worked.

  2. I can see this process go wrong and be an issue, but they lost a lot of credibility with me when they brought up the formaldehyde bogeyman. That has been SO overused. I can see foam being treated more like asbestos after these screwups.

  4. They should never be allowed to own, buy, or sell a home or condo. Frankly, they should never be free. And I bet they skip out.
