I need the 8Tb of storage my PC case holds, and don't want to set up an NAS or other appliance.

Limiting heaters to 1500 watts is "safe" until someone plugs 2 into the same outlet/circuit. Then you rely on the circuit breaker.

I had the earlier, larger "U" tube fluorescent bulbs and they lasted forever. The twisted ones almost always failed within a year or two (I started marking them with install dates.) But many of the LED bulbs also fail far too soon, although they do last longer.

I had a beeper on my old pickup. People ignored it. I think a better idea is a megaphone and microphone so I can yell "LOOK OUT, IDIOTS!". My new vehicle has aftermarket, extra bright, reverse lights that flash 3 times when first energized, then stay on. I've heard the white noise alarms on Amazon vans and thought the alarm was just damaged.

"science was settled"? Funny you should mention "carbon emissions" which are only feared out of ignorance of what really fuels climate change.

All the energy is found in a power plant. And a lot of people around the country recently found out there is a limit to what heat pumps can do when it gets unusually cold.

It's a room humidifier.

Kalifornistan is paying people to switch to electric, and even forcing new homes and commercial buildings in some cities to ditch natural gas. This is idiotic when you consider their failing green agenda that makes the power supply less reliable every year while making electricity more and more expensive. People will sorely regret switching to electricity. And CO2 is NOT a pollutant, nor is the human contribution changing the climate. And other countries refuse to cut their CO2 when the US has.

I don't always drink coffee, but when I do, it's made in a French press or an Espresso brewer.

I had one and it was better than using a full size oven to "air fry" something. Older ovens use convection by having the burner/heating element at the bottom.

It might be cheaper to buy one of those heaters to get the steel plates cheaper than if you order them from Amazon.

The pods cause discoloration of my aluminum utensils, like my ice cream scoop. After a cleaning cycle, the scoop will leave a gray residue on the ice cream it touches.

I finally got one of those new can openers and it had NO INSTRUCTIONS. I kept the old one so I can use the lid to squeeze the water out of my tuna cans.

Mine were all with the ground on top in my old house. The plugs pulled out easier with only the pin on top.

Of all the trivial things lawmakers try regulating, they should at least pressure lighting manufacturers to come up with universal LED "bulbs" that are replaceable separate from the fixture.
