To anyone claiming that genetic testings are allowed in iareal, here's what the Genetic Information Law, 5761-2000 says: Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a), a the treating practitioner may decide not to transfer the results of genetic testing conducted on a subject to such subject, in whole or in part, if the knowledge of such results is likely to cause serious harm to the physical or mental health of the subject, or to endanger such person’s life. Where the treating practitioner so decides, he shall immediately notify the Ethics Committee of the decision, and shall attach the results not transmitted to the subject and his reasons for not transmitting them, and for these purposes, the provisions of section 18 of the Subjects Rights Law shall apply.
