  15. There are only TWO real criteria for getting into America LEGALLY. 1. No criminal record, and 2. have a skill that is not abundant in America. That's it. Which means anyone else coming over ILLEGALLY either is a criminal in their home country, or provides no useful skill sets. Yet the Governor wants these people to be our neighbors. Before current legal residents. On OUR dime. It's repugnant.
