  24. 1) This is NOT an immigration law. It is VALIDATING federal immigration status. 2) It does no such thing. Interstate commerce clause does not include protections for illegal workers. 3) It will NOT inhibit immigrants (by definition - of legal status - as others are NOT immigrants) on their ability to receive health care. It will almost certainly benefit them, as there are less people using the system and resources. But, you knew that, right? And finally, please explain how verifying legal immigration status at Florida hospitals will directly "put all Americans at risk." This ought to be good....
