It is a decent film. I think the (well deserved) hate for Kathleen Kennedy has tainted even the occasional good stuff she puts out - like this.

It's pretty good, actually. Just got back from the theater. It's got that old school Indy vibe, and it's way better than the last one with the aliens. I can honestly recommend it. Cheers!

@cheesychan I think the YouTube hate train is a little disingenuous with this one. They get so many views from ripping apart Disney films, that it's too tempting for them to not just find things wrong with it. Let me know if you agree, but I left the theater feeling like I just watched an Indy flick.

Agreed. I don't like the guy, but his work ethic won me over. That dude is certified in real life to do the stuff he does in the films - weapons expert, martial arts, car and motorcycle stunts, aircraft pilot, helicopter pilot, certified base jumper and HALO jumper just to name a few. The guy in real life is more James Bond than James Bond.

that makes things worse, not better. Just like with the music industry - technology got to a point where literally anyone with a computer and some software can record an album. It doesn't mean that it will be a quality album with listening to. The more films that come out, the more sludge people gotta wade through to find the gems. Gatekeeping can sometimes be a good thing.
