Also, I sincerely appreciate the offer for tutoring, however if you wait around for others to teach you stuff, you're really only hurting yourself. Nevertheless, I will let you know that there are many places that you can read books for free, like libraries or even the interwebz - yes, YOU can do more than just watch Youtube and naked ladies on there, try it out! - and that way the next time you are on a world-wide forum, and someone playfully teases you about your driving skills, you maybe won't come across as such a thin-skinned idiot.   9.  @zelilee5312  agreed. Cali has no problem selling real estate, but unfortunately, it's mainly to rich foreign investors who can afford it, so prices are likely going to continue to rise. :(
