  2. This. They make more housing, and 'investors' just snatch them up and undercut hotels and motels. In some markets, over 1 in 3 residences are owned by corporations and 'investors'. It's repugnant.

  3. I just commented on this. The students LOVED the dorms above the mall. Is it still there?

  4. This does work. For decades In my hometown, they had college dorms above the college mall and everyone loved it. The students had everything they needed. They didn't even need a car.
