@FleXxTheFuture In my experience people are usually trying to do the best they can. Fast food workers don't spit in my food, or mess up my orders because I'm friendly, polite, charming, and funny in my interactions with them. But most of all, I treat them with dignity.
In order to have consistently good experiences ordering food across multiple restaurant chains, I suggest verifying your order at pickup, genuinely tell them something positive, and realize that if accidentally getting a Coke Zero is the worst part of your day, that's a pretty good in most people's book, as really, it’s a non-problem.
In a four hour shift hemorrhaging with smug, entitled D-bags demanding perfection yesterday, a smile and a sincere complement may get you treated like royalty. LOL I can’t tell you how many free salads or nuggs I’ve received along with my correct order.
Cheers!

@shabba3602 "Do you drive your car from the trunk?"
Actually, my 911 does have the engine in the back and the trunk in the front, so, I guess that would seem backwards for people who have never owned one.
Sure nothing in life has 100% certainty, but since I am on a first-name basis with the few places I purchase drive thru from, that probability is indeed very low. It would take an utter sociopath to spit in a friendly, fun customer's food when there is an entire 4 hour shift of rude, entitled D-bags who want perfection yesterday who are treating you like something they dug out of their ear.
Back to your point - you don't KNOW they are spitting in your food either. If you did, why TF would you go there?? Unlike you, I'm not going to assume others are gleefully trying to screw me over when there is no reason to do so. But, then again, I'm polite to people. I guess you and I are different that way.
Be nice to others and enjoy the benefits, or continue to hate strangers and keep getting the treatment you complain about. Your choice.
