  22. Don't make me laugh, resources in war. I've been in the services 20 years been all over the place. The British has never had a lot, we beg borrow and steal. It's got better but truth is prisoners are treated and accommodated better, especially when we go on operations. The public would be shocked if they knew. Why do you think so many people are leaving the services, the voluntary redundancy rate is huge, those at the top haven't been able to stop it for well over a decade.
