  4. They won't. So all they need to do is close the doors to supermarkets and offer a counter service. Wanna act like cretins, so we treat you like cretins. Make a national ration list using the council tax / voting register, connect it to all outlets and you have control. Once the doors are closed on supermarkets, the only folk aloud in will be NHS, emergency services and military. Show your ID, in you go, the people can then see what a real critical worker looks like.
