  1. Here's the solution, fire all the incompetent management and fund a service that focuses on care not on cost, budgets. But with an NHS privatised throughout in various areas it's a tad late. The decades of government's have been hell bent on the destruction of the nhs. Now it comes to light spectacularly under a tory government 🤣😂. Karma?
