  7. If your lucky to have parents that live through 70's and 80's and interest rates at silly highs, houses still sold and along with the birth of capitalism...... You'd know not to borrow and live within your means, yep that means driving an old car, motorbike and going without and repairing as much as you can and not be a yuppy..... People back then took on the new credit cards, borrowed and lost the lot, the fledgling buy to rent crowd brought em up cheap. My old man worked in the city and remembers bankers leaving top spec cars at the airports and running away from this country....... But this time the public debt is stupid high and people get their pants in a twist over a tiny blip in interest rates...... Good luck all.
