  1. The big Record labels suck, have done for decades. They have always been years behind a music revolution and what the major labels produce is karaoke junk. Since the big 4 bought up the independent labels in the 90's after indie, or as the big labels call it Brit pop. There hasn't been any change to music. It's stale, stagnate, they write about the same stuff to make money, with writers pools. Thousands of fans go to pop shows to listen to a factory cd with a squeaky front person unable to hit their own notes. The masses is deaf. If Kate Bush can write "a man with a child in his eyes" at 13 years old, still sell out in minutes after 30+ years. Goes to show the quality of the work, the same goes for all the real musicians and writers. I've always supported the independent acts from folk to punk. Long live free music.
