With more warning than most and a country with two borders with thousands of miles of water between Asia and Europe. it's like saying Hitler was not responsible for his final solution, we can let him off now, the same with Saddam and the gassing of the kurds.   4. So trump shouldn't be held responsible? Like Hitler isn't responsible for the final solution. The US is thousands of miles from China, a continent surrounded by water. He had enough warning seeing it crossing the globe, he is the leader of the people and that holds the responsibility of protecting the people. Unless I'm mistaken, then it would reduce the work load on the world's leaders, looking after the people, would save a lot of money.
