Yes its stupidly dangerous, the cyclist is putting themselves at risk as cars are covered In blind spots, drivers dont use their necks. But still who will get injured? So when a mushy human on two wheels squeezes past, normally In slow moving stationary traffic they are at risk. When a car travelling at speed squeezes past a cyclist and on coming traffic.
