  38. How many drivers, speed daily outside residential areas? How many drivers do 40 in a 30, drive like idiots? How many have no respect for human life? Take a human put them in a metal box and they become idiots. If drivers were safe why does the fire service have all that cutting gear? Why do we have insurance? Why does the MIB exist. Those bicycles will be far better maintained than many 10 s of thousands of cars on the road. Why do air ambulance train and cost a fortune, why do ambulances have car specific kit?
