  1. The police are weak because of one thing 'diversity' in the 70/80's some were thugs. They got the job done. You can't send polite people to deal with violence all the time. Unfortunately years of ignoring ex military guys who have experience of far greater tension and violence and their experiences of how to handle it to escalate in a controlled Manor and how to go the other way. Has been ignored. They are far fitter than our silly OTT equality police force. The police fitness test is a joke.
