  1. Демократия это не когда ты можешь говорить всё что захочешь,это называется свобода слова.И свободой слова в России обладают только сторонники Путина и СВО. А демократии в России нет,ибо неудобных кандидатов и партии не регистрируют,каждые выборы фальсифицируются массовыми вбросами,в России преследуют оппозицию,в СМИ пропутинская монополия и т.д.

Actualy Yeltsin's Russia was pretty democratic.Smth like Ukraine,corrupted democracy with large influence of oligarchs.For example,half of Russian Federal Subjects supported Yeltsin's rival in 1996 elections ,Zyuganov.Yeltsin won these elections in the second round (Yeltsin-53%,Zyuganov-40).Of course after 1993 it was presidental republic,and the system was perfect to build autocracy,but before Putin,Russia was,not an ideal of democracy,but you can call it democracy.
