"Russian Imperialism" my ass.Most of the time USSR existed it was ruled by 1 georgian and 2 ukrainians.The only Russian ruler of USSR who ruled more then a year or two was the guy who just let you go.

@xsc1000 At least guys who thought of "Greatness of Russia" weren't getting jailed at her time. Just compare what last tsar writes,how "Russia will be so powerfull,that every other countries will do something only with our permission",and what Bolsheviks wrote,that Russia is just a starting point of World Revolution,and Russia is just a bourgeois invention.

In 2000's Putin used to be anti-soviet and anti-stalinist politician.He's anicdote "what's long,green,and smells like a sausage?Electric train from Moscow" cause everyone around Moscow were going to Moscow for sausages.He critisized Soviet economical system.He was sitting on his knees at the Katyn memorial.He's definetly not communist and he doesn't like USSR.If he did,he wouldn't do such a risky move as leaving KGB in August Coup,cause if coup would win,he would be in danger of being imprisoned or something worse.

@hailexiao2770 Qing dynasty had hundreds of years to become Chinese.For example,Rurik was not Russian,nor member of any slavic tribe,but i can't say that Ivan III was not Russian,cause Rurikids becamw Russians after all these centuries.USSR existed only 70 years.And please tell how much oppresing Russian nationalists is pro-Russian?
