Obviously associated with Putin and undertaking actions against Ukraines infrastructure on his behalf... must be removed from all contact with usa NASA projects... communications technology... etc... assets placed under special administration... full investigation of his part in extra judicial operations against a sovereign state and acting against the needs of the usa .. which I would think breaks the patriot act ...(and others)... with all assets frozen I doubt he would even be able to conduct a defence..
