Listening to this really wants me to go for the idea i have in my mind which is really quitting caffeine, salt, sugar and many other things i didnt really use nor need in my teens .. i guess we really dont need that all!

It makes sense, Cole .. its just the bombardment of content we r feed nowadays whats making us anxious and depressed. You can't have it nor be it all .. lessen and focus .. live free !
