I lifted hard and heavy from 25-26 and till about my early 27 till my grandfather passed away and i had to stop because i went through heavy trauma but trust me guys coming from a lifter you really only need 3 to 5 years of consistent no bullshit lifting and ull be fine .. reaching your natural genetic potential is not really hard but u need to go hard and be consistent and the younger the better but then again late beats that dreaded couch of yours.   24. The mess i made in my late teens that amplified in my 20’s up until 27 really did a lot of damage and has also taught me a lot .. I became aware of what I should have done and that I should have listen to the voice within from day 1 because go was actually guiding me to my purpose. Now ill be 31 this month if I get to live and i tell u guys the journey is absolutely beautiful as Kris says and its really great to be a man but u really need to be very careful not to fall hard! I dont know if ill ever reach the UFC and become a Heavyweight champion because I procrastinated and covid took over but I really pray that god helps us through this and really helps us do good and succeed! .. good luck to u all!

Jonah a prophet of god is sent to a group of people to deliver the divine message of god's oneness and supremacy and as any other prophet the gets denied and rejected largely at first. Now Jonah being a person that lacks patience gets really angered by the people's response and decides to betray his destiny and not deliver god's message since they would not accept him and anger him further more. So while he left the place on a boat a storm comes and the ship has to unload one passenger and their baggage so they decide to set lots and see who's name or lot comes up and who gets tossed into the sea. So the go at it 3 times and at all 3 times its Jonah so he gets tossed and a whale swallows him to the depths of the sea. Deep in its belly and in the depths of the ocean scared and regretful Jonah repents extravagantly and he is then released as his repentance is accepted by the almighty and is henceforth sent to another group of people whom accept him without second thoughts and accept god's message without a single one of them denying anything. So the moral for us here is that 1. Do what god wants you to do cuz he knows whats best for you 2. Whatever you're destined to especially if it is greatness do not betray your destiny 3. No matter how large and numerous your sins if you repent sincerely god will forgive you. So i guess this is a really informative and interesting video!
