Jaytionary What are you even on about dude, did you check the market ? Do you even have a singleclue about the market ? 458s (2009-2015) were 210k before options new, in France. The prices vary between 130k and 190k, just like he MP4 12C (2011-2014). The 12C did take a bigger hit by about 15k €, mainly (only) the 458 is the last base mid engine NA V8 Ferrari.
The 599 GTB Fiorano actually is worth even less than the 458, and at the time costed 50k more. It actually depreciated even more than i thought. And you can right now get a slightly used F12 (6k km) for the price of a new 488.
The first Gallardo, the 5.0, can be bought for the price of a base M3. Even a bit less actually, and that's 75k €. The worst ones i've found barely survive the 60k barrier actually.
The only valuable reproach against McLaren is that they did increase their production numbers during the years, simply because they've been more successful than anticipated. In fact, the same consumers that complain are often the ones who push McLaren to build more cars.
I wasn't happy for the 675LT Spider thing, but the thing is: first, there was high demand (car was sold out before it was announced), and actually it works so well it would've been a pity not to produce it.

Jaytionary Breaking news: supercar depreciate, too. McLaren has done only two special editions since the F1: the 675LT and the P1. Both appreciated in value, because they have limited production numbers.
Their other cars ? Well, check out used 458, 599, Gallardo and Murcielago. Every single non special supercar depreciates, this is nothing new. People who say "I'd love to buy a McLaren, but they depreciate. I love the brand though" are the exact ones that buy cars for their value more than what they have to offer.
The same kind that does YouTube for fun but needs to sell you branded clothes, just sayin'.
People, for some (stupids) reasons, thought McLaren would make cars for them to fill up their bank account and not the company to grow. That's selfish and hypocritical.
If McLaren planned their business for this ind of people, they wouldn't be the #1 Supercar brand right now. And yes, in my opinion, they are;
