  3. It’s like the ridiculous money grabbing ‘ultra low emission zones’ now springing up in EVERY CITY. We have had NO NEED of such things for 150 years of dirty engines- but now that EVERY engine is 95% cleaner than before, we need ULEZ zones? It’s just a CASH ROBBERY from the people of each city. Nothing else.
