  4. @Adam Petty he didn't predict anything, it was well known among the political and media classes. Clinton's governorship of Arkansas was corrupt on so many levels and not exactly a secret. His association with convicted cocaine traffickers (including his own brother). Whistle blowers like Larry Nichols were talking about the corrupt favors Clinton was doing with public money to his buddies. People were talking about the corruption going on with Hillary's Rose Lawfirm. Jerry Brown was simply using those facts to win against Bill.
