  2. A lot of these challenges can be overcome by working with a good team. I worked on small teams from day one who showed me these practices. And frankly I doubt most CS degrees even teach this stuff. I did part of a cs degree before dropping out (tried doing a cs degree on top of my normal work hours) and so much is focused on the abstract rather than the day to day stuff.
